Drink water: the best advice in summer
Drinking water and staying hydrated is the best advice to alleviate the effects of heat on your health.
Drink plenty of fluids: especially water or iced tea, to compensate for water loss through sweating and avoid the risk of dehydration. Do not wait until you are thirsty, you must hydrate yourself at least every hour.
Remember that children and the elderly are more vulnerable to dehydration. Always keep them hydrated. It is important that they drink water often even if they do not ask for it, specially on very hot days.
