Do not neglect your oral health during summer
Brush your teeth at least twice a day. The brush should have a cap and should not be kept with other brushes. Keep it away from the toilet area and make sure it is always covered when you flush.
If you have had an infectious disease, change the brush for a new one. As a rule, replace it when the bristles are no longer in good condition.
Rinse the brush under the tap after each use to remove food residues and dry it well by turning it sideways. To clean it, mix two parts bottled water and one part peroxide in a glass and soak the toothbrush head for one minute.
Avoid brushing your teeth in public or shared toilets. It is a way to protect others from possible infection.
